After years and years of trying to see a launch of a space shuttle, it appears that I may finally be in luck. I have been invited by NASA to be part of the "Tweet Up" for the final launch of a shuttle, the last launch for the shuttle program, ATLANTIS on July 8th.
A "Tweet Up" is when a large group of fellow "Tweeters" gather for a big event, I can't think of a bigger one. My guess is that there will be a million folks on hand to watch this last launch, and I have a "front row" ticket. That's HUGE!
You can follow me on twitter at Toddon3 and on Facebook at Todd on Daybreak.
I will be sending back photos, and maybe even some videos of my adventures.
Here's more information on a "Tweet up"
This is going to be a great summer.

Where's the year gone?
We're almost out of the month of May, in 2011.
What an amazing year it has been already. Snow, heavy rain, floods.
Pretty amazing stuff.
My oldest daughter graduated from Columbia in NYC, couldn't be prouder.

Oh, and the World is suppose to come to an end tomorrow.
I hope not, I haven't won the lottery yet.

Here she is with her sister Lauren.
